  • Designed and implemented multiple SCOM 2016 and 1807 environments through automated scripting.
  • Developed custom management packs with Visual Studio and PowerShell.
  • Built monitoring dashboards and integrated third-party packs for hardware, storage, VMware, SharePoint, and Exchange.
